#150,000 Teens girls get pregnant every year.

I am 18 and pregnant, i never wanted to have sex but i felt like exploring the sexual world.
I really dunno what to do.
Millions of young adult go through this misfortune, and below are the frequent difficulties they pass through.
During the early weeks of pregnancy when the only indication might be one or more missed periods, a little fatigue . The longing for things to be "the way they were" may delay acknowledging the problem and seeking appropriate help for weeks or even months.
When a pregnancy results from the violation of moral values held since childhood, an adolescent will usually feel ashamed and worthless. Her growing abdomen becomes a constant reminder of her failure. Trust me, when the bell of failure rings in ones head all the time nothings seems to go well. And when this thoughts sets in the only available solution to this, would be the thought of ABORTION.This may come from several directions. A teenager may be weighing what appears to be a dismal future of hardship and remorse against a quick and relatively inexpensive procedure. "No one needs to know, and I can get on with my life."
In the course of all these, no one has mentioned the other party i.e the boyfriend, well he goes through the same problem, but in a different and somewhat easier way. The boyfriend (who may be dealing with his own fear and guilt, along with concerns about future financial responsibilities) may exert considerable pressure to abort, even offering to pay the bill. He may also threaten to bail out of the relationship if the pregnancy continues.
So teens why go through horrible experiences when there are a billion ways to  enjoy your teenage hood without stress. Everyone deserves to stay young would you ruin yours? STAY RESPONSIBLE!!!

Crying as an Anger therapy

When asked what i do when i'am angry is a question i love to answer because i have come to realize that my therapy for anger is awesome. Some individuals might find it rather abnormal but i find it amassing because it has always worked and would continue working for me.
Now look at that how would it sound to your hearing, that CRYING is my ultimate therapy for anger? weird you will presume but i would give u reasons why crying makes you less angry.
Crying  makes nine out of 10 people feel better, reduces stress, and may help to keep the body healthy. The most awesome thing about crying is the fact that it's free, available to almost everyone, and has no known side effects, other than eyes and runny makeup for the ladies, so it's advisable to ladies they get their makeups off when they are angry. Crying may not be a blockbuster drug, but the latest research suggests it's highly effective at healing, and that it improves the mood of 88.8 per cent of weepers, with only 8.4 per cent feeling worse. So beneficial is it that the researchers suggest there may be a case for inducing crying in those who find it difficult to let go.
Other evidence backs up the theory. It's been shown that tears associated with emotion have higher levels of some proteins, and of manganese and potassium, and hormones, including prolactin than mere eye watering. Manganese is an essential nutrient, and too little can lead to slowed blood clotting, skin problems, and lowered cholesterol levels. Too much can also cause health problems. Potassium is involved in nerve working, muscle control and blood pressure.
With all these findings, why wouldn't i make crying my best therapy for my anger mood? It should also be known that ladies cry 47 times in a year while their counterparts cry just 7times in a year.
Lets go ladies do the cry, ease the stress and anger.

"We dont have Gen Buhari's credentials" Says NA

The Nigerian Army says it does not have in its possession the original or copies of the credentials of the presidential candidate of the APC, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari. The position of the army was made known at a press conference in Abuja today Jan. 20th. The Director, Army Public Relations, Brig, Gen O. Laleye addressed news men. What he said below...

Gentlemen of the Press, I am pleased to welcome everyone back from the Christmas and the 2015 New Year festivities. On behalf of the Chief of Army Staff, officers and soldiers of the Nigerian Army, I wish you all a happy and more fulfilling 2015. Since our last media briefing on 31 December, 2014, some issues relating to the Nigerian Army have occurred and this briefing is holding specifically to address them.
I will begin with the Major General Muhammadu Buhari certificate controversy.
Gentlemen, let me state clearly that the Nigerian Army holds the retired senior officer in very high esteem and respect and would not be a party to any controversy surrounding his eligibility for any political office. Suffice to state that Major General Buhari rose steadily to the enviable rank of Major General before becoming the Head of State of our dear country in December 1983.

The media hype on retired Major General Muhammadu Buhari’s credentials as well as the numerous requests made by individuals and corporate bodies to the Nigerian Army on this issue have necessitated that we provide the facts as contained in the retired senior officer’s service record.

Records available indicate that Major General M Buhari applied to join the military as a Form Six student of the Provincial Secondary School, Katsina on 18 Oct 61. His application was duly endorsed by the Principal of the school, who also wrote a report on him and recommended him to be suitable for military commission. It is a practice in the NA that before candidates are shortlisted for commissioning into the officers’ cadre of the Service, the Selection Board verifies the original copies of credentials that are presented.

However, there is no available record to show that this process was followed in the 1960s.

Nevertheless, the entry made on the NA Form 199A at the point of documentation after commission as an officer indicated that the former Head of State obtained the West African School Certificate (WASC) in 1961 with credits in relevant subjects: English Language, Geography, History, Health Science, Hausa and a pass in English Literature. Neither the original copy, Certified True Copy (CTC) nor statement of result of Major General M Buhari's WASC result is in his personal file.

I hope this explanation will put to rest the raging controversy surrounding the secondary school credentials of Major General Mohammed Buhari as it affects the Nigerian Army.

The President has started the race already

I think our president truly knows what is up come February14 2014, keep it up sir.
